The Data Inquiry function allows users to report suspected issues with current data being viewed directly to the Identity and registries Management (IRM) at Alberta Health Services.  Use this button to send a message to IRM for data integrity issues,
for example: Patient Demographics, Lab Results etc., click the Data Inquiry button.

 

The Subject line will pre-populate with the appropriate attachment for the selected patient.  Enter all the details about the data integrity issues/problem inside the mandatory "Message" text-block. Include descriptive information related to the error,
including any explanations, details, documents etc.  

Click "Send"  to send  the inquiry to the IRM for resolution.
