Returning Tokens

Soft Tokens: when you no longer require remote access, please delete the RSA SecurID App from your device.

Hard Tokens: must be returned to the following address when no longer required or broken:

Reporting Lost or Stolen Tokens

If your hard token, or the device that your soft token is installed on, is lost or stolen, please contact the RSA Remote Token Support immediately. Once reported, you must request a replacement by submitting a Netcare User Registration form.
