AHS IAM FAQs

Who is eligible to get access to AHS Identity & Access Management (IAM) to manage Netcare user access?

Community Netcare facilities are now able to complete the process to be able to manage their Netcare end users online via AHS IAM; specifically the Primary Custodian and any delegated Netcare Access Administrator (AA) would be granted access to AHS IAM to manage Netcare user access for their facility(s).

How long does it take to transition from paper based Netcare registration to using AHS IAM?

From the time eHealth receives the last faxed Custodian Registration Form (CRF) for your facility, it will be up to 5 – 10 business days for the Primary Custodian and any delegated Netcare Access Administrator (AA) to receive their AHS IAM Username(s) via email.

Where do I go if I have questions about my facility implementing AHS IAM to manage Netcare user access online?

Please review the AHS IAM self-directed end user toolkit for community to review the information and steps. Community Netcare facilities can self-initiate and complete the steps.
