Log into Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management

After receiving their Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management username(s), Authorized Approvers and/or Primary Custodians can proceed to log into Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management with their RSA SecurID tokens. 

Log into Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management

If you are working in a community health care location (non-HSS), you will need an RSA SecurID token to authenticate.

To log in from a community facility you will need the following:

Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management username

You will receive your Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management username via email from the eHealth Services team when the Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management registration requirements have been met.

RSA SecurID tokens

Access to Health Shared Services Identity & Access Management and other Alberta Netcare initiatives is secured through 2-factor authentication, which requires an RSA SecurID token. Access from a community facility is considered remote access.
