RSA SecurID Tokens
NOTE: The RSA SecurID soft token is the required option for community users—supporting more secure, convenient and streamlined two-factor authentication. The soft token default applies to new users who require a new token or existing users ready for a token renewal. Users currently using a hardware (hard) token can continue using it until the expiry date listed on the back.
Getting Started
- After being granted access to an application, you will receive an email with token installation instructions.
- Download and install the RSA SecurID application on your smartphone or tablet.
- The application will generate an 8-digit passcode at regular intervals.
- Use this passcode and your username to log in via Citrix and access ANP or other applications.

Note: Tokens are issued to the individual, not the facility. This means you can use the same token to log in from any facility where you have access permissions.
Keeping your Token Active
Soft tokens automatically deactivate after 180 days of inactivity. To keep yours active, set yourself a monthly reminder to log in. If your token becomes disabled, contact your facility’s Authorized Approver.
