Rosters

This page is intended for Roster Access Administrators in a clinic that provides services through a clinical Alternative Relationship Plan (ARP).  A clinical ARP is a voluntary compensation model for physicians that is an alternative to fee-for-service.  Clinical ARPs compensate physicians for providing a set of defined clinical services to a defined target population.

Central Patient Attachment Registry (CPAR) is a provincial repository that contains the Program’s roster, for the purpose of determining the capitation payment element for the ARP’s compensation structure. The Roster Administrator is responsible for adding, updating and ending the patient affiliations that compose the Program roster within CPAR.

The CPAR repository is also used for clinics participating in the CII/CPAR initiative to upload and maintain panel attachment
information. The paneling component of the CII/CPAR initiative should not be confused with those clinics accessing the
CPAR repository to maintain program and rostering information through a clinical ARP.
