Provider Notifications Portal

Welcome to the Provider Notifications Portal. This portal is designed to provide you (eReferral users) with information and instructions on how to successfully integrate Provider Notifications into your eReferral use.

Provider Notifications allows eReferral users to receive email notifications when an activity occurs on an eReferral Advice or Consult Request. Provider Notifications are subscription-based and can be managed anytime. All users are automatically subscribed to a set of notifications and will be able to pick and choose what notifications they want to receive and when.

Status

Provider Notifications went live on May 30, 2019. This means that eReferral users will now begin receiving email notifications when an activity occurs on an eReferral Advice or Consult Request.  

What do I do now?

An email was sent to your email address (the one entered into My Details) on May 31, 2019 with information about what you need to do, including updating your email address in My Details and customizing your notifications.

If you did not receive the email, click on one of the attachments below for more information and make sure to update your email address in My Details to ensure you will receive Provider Notifications.
